GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY
While the vehicle is on our premises, it will be insured by the company’s insurance company.
Liability for the vehicle and its accessories
We are liable for loss, theft or damage to the exterior of the vehicle only if it is proven that the company was negligent and documented prior to removal.
We assume no liability for:
- Loss or theft of personal items (mobile phones, keys, tablets, clothes, bags, etc.).
- Vehicle documentation (it is recommended to provide only a photocopy of the relevant documents).
- Mechanical and electrical breakdowns during the vehicle’s stay in the car park.
- Normal wear and tear of vehicle parts and components.
Vehicle inspection conditions
The company accepts no liability for imperceptible damage if the vehicle arrives soiled, in adverse weather conditions or in poor lighting conditions that prevent a proper inspection.
We can give a basic exterior wash to the vehicle at a determined cost, no claims for quality will be accepted.
Insurance and liability in the transfer of the vehicle
During the transfer to or from the airport, the vehicle will be covered by your own personal insurance, and any claims will be the responsibility of the customer if another party is at fault.
If it is determined that our staff is at fault, the company will assume responsibility and arrange for repair.
We are not liable for increases in the customer’s insurance premium following a claim.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
- Remove all unfixed objects and accessories from the vehicle.
- Deliver the vehicle at the agreed time. Delays may result in additional costs.
- Give 24 hours’ notice of any extension to the booking.
- Provide the key of the vehicle and make sure that it is in a legal condition to be driven (MOT, insurance, taxes up to date).
- Carry a spare key or security code in case the original key is lost.
Rules for the use of the car park
- The client must call the normal phone number (not WhatsApp) before arriving at the meeting point (PARKING EXPRESS DEPARTURES).
- The company is not responsible if traffic causes you to miss your flight.
- The client is responsible for finding the meeting point: THE EXPRESS PARKING at DEPARTURES. We cannot be held responsible if it is difficult to find.
- It is compulsory to present the ticket or proof of collection of the vehicle. If it is lost, you must prove ownership of the vehicle.
3. CANCELLATIONS, FEES AND REFUNDS
Confirmation of the web booking does not guarantee a specific space.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the following e-mail address: info@alcvaletparking.com
Annual contract customers
- You can cancel within the initial 15 days, with a refund minus the days used and a €50 cancellation fee.
- Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a surcharge of €10.
Payments
- They are paid on collection of the vehicle (cash or bank card).
- Last minute bookings (same day) are charged €10.
- After hours (23:00 to 07:00): additional charge of €15.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES
The company may retain the vehicle if there is an outstanding debt.
We do not accept claims after removal of the vehicle.
We are not responsible for:
- Natural phenomena (rain, hail, floods, etc.).
- Mechanical breakdowns such as flat batteries, electrical faults, punctures, etc.
- Minor scratches (less than 5 cm in diameter) or small imperceptible bumps.
- Loss of detachable parts (mirrors, antennae, exhaust tails, etc.).
- Loss of the collection ticket and fraudulent use of the ticket.
The company reserves the right to move your vehicle within the car park.
We reserve the right to refuse vehicles if:
- They are not roadworthy.
- They are too big and can create problems in our facilities.
- If the vehicle remains abandoned for a prolonged period of time, we will apply article 71 of the Traffic Act.
5. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, your data will be included in a file belonging to ALC VALET PARKING O.E. for the management of our services.

6. NEW (OPTIONAL) RIDERS
6.1. Conditions in case of emergency or force majeure
In the event of strikes, airport closures, extreme weather events or health crises, the company may modify the terms of the booking without prior notice.
In such cases, refunds will be handled on an as-available basis and at the company’s discretion.
6.2. Extended privacy policy
The company guarantees that your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.
In case of marketing or advertising, the user has the option to unsubscribe at any time.
6.3. Security on the premises
The car park has security cameras and security personnel.
The company is not liable for damages caused by third parties in the car park.
